Depending on the stock availability of commercial scales, we advise you to allow up to 7 working days for delivery. We try to ship as soon as possible and will advise of any delays if there are any, it all depends on the type and options of scale you choose.

If you see any damage to the industrial scale, please contact us instantly before plugging the scale in. We will arrange for a replacement product for you.

Products carry a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for all faults due to materials or construction. Faults under this warranty are repaired Free of Charge (moveable parts are excluded). Anything concluded to be due to user damage is a chargeable repair, if a customer makes any unauthorised changes to the product this may also invalidate the warranty.
